How do my credits work?

Credits are the currency that powers your creativity on our platform. They are consumed when you use our AI to generate content, complete tasks, or access integrated services.
2.
The number of credits required for a task depends primarily on its complexity and the resources needed to complete it. Importantly, credits are only consumed during the active processing of a task. Storing, viewing, or downloading your completed generations does not use any additional credits, so there's no need to delete your past work.
Will my credits expire?
1.
Credits are consumed in the following order: monthly free credits, monthly credits (from subscription), and top-up credits.
2.
Monthly credits from your subscription plan refresh automatically each month on your billing date and do not carry over to the next billing cycle.
3.
Monthly free credits reset each month based on your registration date.
4.
Top-up credits never expire and will remain in your account until used.
How can I check my credit usage?
Click on your avatar and select "Usage" from the menu.
How do I manage my subscription?
1.
Change subscription plan: Click on your avatar, select "Upgrade" from the menu, and choose the desired plan on the redirected page.
2.
Cancel your subscription: Click on your avatar, select "My Subscription" from the menu, and click "Cancel Subscription" on the redirected page.
How does unlimited use work?
When you subscribe to Artflo Pro or Artflo Studio, you get limited-time free access to the models available at that moment. The benefit starts from the day your subscription begins and lasts for the period specified. During this time, you can use the corresponding models without any limits. For example, "Nano Banana Pro 1 Month Unlimited" means that starting from the day you subscribe, you can use the Nano Banana Pro model as much as you like for one month.
